Came home to some rather unpleasant news this afternoon. After being where I am now for about five and a half years, the owner has decided she's going to sell the place. Not sure when this is happening, but it certainly means I won't be living here much longer.
Now, this places me in a rather unpleasant position, as I am not likely to find another place with rent this cheap anywhere else, and moving back with my parents means I'll have to give up my cat to someone else since I can't take her with me if I go there.
Long story short, I have no fucking clue what I am going to do. The one thing I can count on is that I will need much more money than I have now. So, seriously, if anyone was ever contemplating commissioning something from me, this really is the best time to do it. It would help me out a lot, and if shit hits the fan I don't know how long I'll be without any ability to make more art. The next few weeks are going to be pretty tense, so if you can help me out and give me a distraction at the same time, I'll be really grateful.
