So here's a very silly idea that came out of a conversation with Pixelneko:

There should be a male-only Eeveelution caused by blue balls (if your balls get blue enough), and another male Eeveelution caused by excessive ballbusting (if your balls get swollen enough).
…Correspondingly, maybe there are female-only Eeveelutions that occur when in the presence of an extremely blue-balled/ballbusted dude? Or maybe only if the female herself causes enough testicular trauma?

And because I'm an insane person, I actually wrote some brief Pokédex entries for this idea. Lol. This is just off the top of my head, so subject to change if I ever actually write a story for this idea in the future, but let me know if you have any thoughts or ideas!
Overfloreon evolves from a male Eevee who’s been super-blue-balled. They’re constantly erect and leaking precum. Despite how horny they are, the average Overfloreon only cums once every couple of years, in a massive explosion of backed-up spunk. Rock-type, because rocks can endure a LOT, and because an Overfloreon’s nuts are basically spunk-filled boulders :P
Teaseon evolves from a female Eevee who causes enough males around her to get severe blue balls. They give off pheromones that cause immediate blue balls for any male ‘mon in the vicinity. In the wild, they’re known to assemble small harems of males, who follow them around in an aroused daze. Poison-type, because they basically poison the men around them with lust.
Swolleon evolves from a male Eevee whose balls have been busted enough to swell to extreme proportions. Their nuts are huge and sensitive, and for whatever reason, they constantly end up getting their gonads flattened by the females they encounter. Despite this, their balls are extremely resilient, soaking up tons of abuse without bursting. (They probably have a ton of HP.) Sort of like a Charmander’s tail, it is said that if you pop both of a Swolleon’s balls, Swolleon will die. Steel-type, because they’ve got balls of steel – super hard to pop.
Busteon evolves from a female Eevee who busts enough males around her (or maybe a female Eevee who pops a male’s ball?). Busteons are tough, physical fighters, and are known for always targeting the gonads in any fight against a male. A mark on Busteon’s flank keeps track of how many males she’s neutered in her battles. Fighting-type, because Busteons spend as much time as possible pounding gonads into pancakes, and are very physically fit as a result.
