Hospital brands : There is more than one brand, tried 3 or 4 while working in hospitals, they have all the same rating, sadly. Avoid them ! Many of those are supermarket brands and they are super crappy ! They leak super easily ! Usually get mine at bambino's myself (US dealer) and recently started moving away from tapes and getting the pullups. Tapes kept getting super annoying to me. Might try a few of the Rearz though.

Yea not up to snuff with good ABDL ones as they are designed to be the opposite (thin and quiet) but they would give you the general feeling of having just the elastic waistband and how they wear.
