Yes yes, I know that many of you waiting on me to finish their themed commissions (some for an unreasonable amount of time), are probably upset at the prospect of me putting up a new auction of sorts. But please, allow me to explain first!
I am doing this sort of auction so I CAN have all the time I need to work off said backlog. This auction is designed to repeat for 6 months, and hopefully make me enough money at once per month, to be able to pay rent, instead of taking on multiple smaller works during the month that only adds to the size of the backlog!
If this goes well, I will not have to take on any extra work, and can devote all my art time to finishing commissions I already owe! Work for the auction winnings will not even begin until the following month of each round's end!
I know I've made a lot of you wait for quite a long time, and I'm very sorry about that. the end of 2017 was especially rough and cruel to me, causing my time for art to diminish greatly and the commission backlog to only grow instead of shrink.
I want 2018 to be the end of this cycle, and I believe this is the first step to ending it, and getting completely caught up/self sufficient again! Please bare with me as I work towards this goal, and thank you for your continued support!
