And now it begins..

the horror of debt begins and I'm in danger of losing almost everything.

all because someone stole my card info and spent a huge amount has now caused me to go in debt and get overdrafted, and my savings and overdraft protection did nothing, zero, zip, nada, and now I do not have enough to pay for my bills and I have a 2 month old baby who needs food, shelter, water and heat, but I can't pay then I lose all of it including my communications devices.

So I really dont know who to turn to for help because I'm now on a time limit and clock is ticking fast.
If anyone can help in anyway possible then I highly appreciate it very much and give thanks in advance to those who help.

You need to call your bank et al and file immediately because that will end overdrafts and, in many cases, get your money back because of the fraud.

It has happened to me and I have contacted the bank and they fixed it. I don't know what bank you have, but they usually have a way to fix this kind of situations.

They are a pretty well-established company, I'm sure they have some kind of system to fix that. Some weeks ago I got some strange charges and my account was overdraft. I called and explained the problem and they checked out. They confirmed I had not made those payments I after a couple of days I got my money returned and the overdraft fees removed. The only inconvenience was I had to cancel my card and they sent me another in the mail.
