Paypal is a fast way to get robbed. The only winner in Paypal is always Paypal.

Ask them about all the millions they've been prosecuted over.

Honestly, I don't know why people don't just use invoices to begin with. I've been using them since I first got paypal, and have never had any issues. Also verify your identity unless you want paypal to hold your money.
