I cannot make the Eevee character, I was almost finished when someone else made an Eevee and it's was a wee bit late in development to be changed to an Eeveelution.
"Who the Hell cares" if you want to make something you make it regardless of someone else making it first you just add your own flavor to it so your's is unique. that is all
