TMI Tuesday once againnnn

Hey all! Since I've been staying up like a moron, and not getting enough sleep, I figured I'd drop one of these for you guys XD Same type deal, I ask a question, then you ask!

Let's go with a simple one this time; Give me three of your favorite pairings, and the reason why you like them, whether it's that you think their personalities fit romantically quite well, or if it's just because you think they're hot when they're fucking X'D But here's the catch! Each pairing has to be from a different fandom! For example, one pairing could be from Sonic, one from Digimon, one from Pokemon, as long as each one is from a different fandom heh... OR you could just give me all three from the same, if you're not into multiple fandoms XD

Been working on owed stuff when I'm not hazy minded from lack of sleep, so hopefully I finish some of them off soon-ish!

Heheh, good question! So lessee...
Sonuckles, obvs XD. I just find they have great chemistry. One is free like the wind, one is more grounded. They compliment each other with their respective natures. I see Sonic being the one to awaken his adventerous side, and show him the wonders of the world. Plus their differing powers makes for interesting dynamics.

Jessie and James, just like I mentioned in my AMA for obvious reasons XD.

Third...ollld show, but Domon and Rain from Mobile Fighter G Gundam. I like how it's serious toned and a bit dramatic, but they work things out. Plus they're both hella smart. That ending though with them beating that mutant Gundam together though. That scene just made it XD.

There's a couple others but those are 3 of them!

For you, I'll ask the opposite! What are 3 pairings you've seen (canon or fanon) that you just don't see working? Same rules; each from a different fandom if you can lol.

Heh, 3 couples that I don't see working at all, let's see XD...

For Sonic stuff, I would have to say SonAmy; Ironically, the ONLY time that I can see them working, is IN fanfiction, because it (usually; lots of people still Mary-Sue her) requires the author to have to GIVE Amy an actual personality, beyond a crazy Sonic stalker, like she is in the games. It's like she is only around to chase after him, and you wonder what DOES she do, when she ISN'T chasing after Sonic, or thinking about Sonic? When she was Rosy the Rascal, she made more sense, cuz she was shy but infatuated with the heroic guy who rescued her, but when they changed her to Amy, they made her a one note character, that just popped in on occasion to affect the story, like in SA2.

In Heavy Rain fanfic stuff, the BIGGEST pairing you'll likely see, is Jayden and Blake... I'm like... wtf? They don't fit, in the least XD In the story, they actively despise one another, and not in the 'thin line between love and hate' kinda way either X'D I can MAYBE see it in some ways, like maybe a scenario where Blake would dominate Jayden to humiliate him, but it's not like they'd be a COUPLE or something lol, it would be out of spite. There are a few times when they attempt to legitimately be civil and extend an olive branch, but it usually immediately devolves back to the active dislike of each other right afterwards, so you can't even really USE those moments to try and build a connection between them.

Lelouch and Shirley from Code Geass; To me, Shirley was the 'Amy Rose' of this show, and I thought Lelouch had much better chemistry with C2, Kallen, and even with Suzaku and Rolo (guilty pleasure pairing, Rolo and Lelouch XD) but they kinda generically had a big dramatic Lelouch and Shirley thing going on... it didn't fit, and it made things kinda awkward when they tried to play up a big tearjerker death scene for her, when I was actually kinda happy that Shirley got killed, because she couldn't interrupt the story anymore lol XD

1. VeemonXGuilmon- They are both cute dragon types and I grew up with them in the anime, but mainly the PS1 era of games.

2. CharmanderXBulbasaur- Both are from Gen 1, reptiles and make a good team. So I always pair them up. I wrote a nasty fic with them and got an art commission another time if that says anything.

3. MontblancXHerdy- Incest is best. =p Love the FF Tactics games and Avalice Moogles are cuter than hell.

Those are all I can think of off the top of my head.

Question for you- Have you tried Digimon Links on mobile?

I actually have never heard of Digimon Links before! I probably would try it out, but my phone can barely fit Sonic Dash right now (it's got shit for storage lol), so it wouldn't fit on my phone currently ^^;... is it pretty fun?

1. AshXMisty- Despite Serena being more romantic with Ash, I feel that Ash & Misty had the most interesting chemistry and could have been more fun to see develop as a couple.

2. TailsXCream- I think they're really cute together and that they'd be adorable as a couple if it ever happened. Cosmo I find too melancholy to really enjoy watching with Tails, and Zooey is too... not there. (more so than Cream was in her heyday)

3. Roxas X Xion- It's waaay too sad when Xion died :'( Also, I think I'd like them in smut (copout answer X3)

Okay, here's one that's been on my mind. What's your least favorite fan theory relating to Sonic games? (me, I don't like any that I didn't come up with myself lol XD)

Heh, I actually am not to privy to many Sonic fan theories ^^;... I've heard the 'Tails is murdered by Eggman in the bad ending of Sonic for Game Gear', because that ending is Sonic staring up at the stars, while Tails is formed by a constellation, like it's a dramatic tearjerker scene with Tails having died, but that's the only one that comes to mind right now ^^;... What are some of the worst ones you've heard?

I haven't really heard too many either, mostly just theories regarding Sonic Forces (which isn't out yet, so pfft)
But yeah, that Tails murdered theory is the worst. Like this is a thing that would really happen in a 90s kids game. (nowadays nothing is really "for kids" so I wouldn't put it past them, but back then? Just no, stop being stupid internet >.<)
