From what I've seen they've been pretty consistent with the "no humans" rule for a while now, it's kind of unfortunate they can't just host anything, but I think it's the line in the sand they had to draw to support something the site set out to support, the fantasy cub content, which every other archive was cutting out due to legal fears.
