~Policy~
-I have the right to decline any commission.
- I accept both PayPal and Points at this time.
- You are not allowed to resell your commissioned image as it is against copyright laws. These are for purely for personal use.
- The 'wait list' of who has commissions will be kept up on my main DA page. Please keep in mind that I may not always do commissions in order of who commissioned them. You will get your art, so please be patient. I will try to stick to the order as much as possible.
- Please note you are NOT allowed to have another artist edit anything I do, or remove any watermarks for images posted in public domains.
- When I am ready to make your commission I will first send you a rough sketch via note. It is at this time you have the chance to say if there is something missing from the character or if changes need to be made. After this point no major changes will be made. Once you have accepted the rough sketch I will then receive full payment from you before I continue any further. If you are paying by PayPal I will send you an invoice.
- Once the commission is done you will receive a 300DPI image file, as well as a smaller 72DPI for posting online.
- If you wish to remain anonymous as the commissioner please mention it in your initial note. I still reserve the right to post the piece online if I choose.
- If ordering a Full Body, or more, the commission can be refunded 50% up to the Flat Colour stage. If the piece is past this stage refunds will no longer be issued.
- Refunds will not be given for Sketches of any kind.
If you commission me for a picture then charge me back after I finish and upload the picture:
- Your picture will be taken down and changed into a YCH auction (colours would be deleted, lines will be shifted to fit a new character(s)) *
- You would be unable to use your commission anywhere, yes you may be able to keep it on your computer and stare at it in awe but upload it on FaceBook, Tumblr etc you would be stealing.*
- You will be added to a Commissioners Black List
