so i've thought about what people said.
there are two other possibilities, one i came up with and the other
is from someone in the community.
1: to make the intro a little shorter but more "straight forward"
the group of guys could be changed into a small family.
a 45 year old guy with his wife, daughter and his best friend.
they're so drunk, laughing all the time about everything, except
the daughter.
her parents then decide to pay the bill with her, since she's always
been such a grump.
2: the community idea is more elaborate but might
take up a few more pages for the intro.
a group of friends are having fun drinking some beer, but not
buying anything to eat. lurking someone new to the group into
this "trap" is their annual scheme.
because they're drinking so much, the new girl will have to go to the
bathroom at some point. when she does this, they all leave her to pay
and since it's uncommon for a single young person to carry that much
money, as does the girl in our story, she's going to end up on the grill.
but it doesn't end here: the guys come back later to order her grilled meat.
we can discuss all previous ideas as well. if you still prefer the
original idea with the young group of friends offering the girl to the waiters; i did notice it would go against my own lore, as the boys would
have absolutely no legal rights to sell her. but if you like the idea
regardless of cannitopia's lore (my cannibal world)
