So this is day three seeing my therapist and we are still working on my negative thinking, no energy/motivation and working on being more social. We touched on a couple of things about my family and my social life online. She thinks I should go and look for opportunity where I can be more social and meet new people, being more social. So far its been okay I've only seen her three times but yea it has felt comfortable actually it just feels good talking to someone about my troubles with out feeling judged or worried if your pushing them away with my depressed self
