IP blocked by Sony

So i tried to access PSN today to play some Warframe as i usually do and what do i see? Error WS-37397-9. I looked it up, it means my IP is blocked by them over TOS violations, something that DIDN'T HAPPEN! After some investigation, i saw some people saying it corrected itself after a day, some say a week and some say it's been 6 months and still nothing. Has anyone here gone trough this before? Has the problem corrected itself for you? Or is the issue still persistent?

Okay, story time:

I had this same issue months ago because apparently all of the US was having issues. Turns out a hacker group was fucking with playstation and kept blocking people. Honestly what I did and it worked I turned off my PS4 all together, unplugged it, reset my router and it was good again

It's been fixed already in my case. From the research i did it seems that the security company that Sony hired is a bit over zealous and does carpet IP bans frequently. Sometimes it takes them only a few hours to fix their mistakes, sometimes it takes them months

Of course as the game went on they kinda...moved away from the concept of ninjas so now it's more like...prophecy child that controls a badass robot that moves LIKE a ninja but is inspired in things other than ninjas such as Chinese deities, animals and even music

It is. again if you don't mind a high level of grinding since you have to grind to build EVERYTHING, from weapons to frames

Yeah it got fixed a few hours after i posted the journal. I'm thinking it was a kind of blanket IP ban, maybe they were trying to find the source of a DDOS

Hopefully. I've done some research on the error and came across reports on people that have been suffering from this for almost 6 months now. I also heard that sometimes ISPs recycle old IP addresses and if you're unfortunate enough to get one that's already been banned by Sony... Though that's not my case since my IP is static
