My thoughts on recent events on the world.

So the world is not a place we can simply braid each other's hair, hold hands and sing kumbaya. People are hurting people and that's a bad thing. Honestly, we cannot the sides involved to get the issue resolved. We have to blame the core. Example the left is blaming the right for the event that an actual racist Nazi did in the Charlottesville: Injuring many and killing a woman. (My prayers are with the woman's family.) I am against racism to the hardest. Matter of fact, if i see anyone racist to another they will have to deal with me physically. Too much red has been spilled because the hatred of racism hates other colors. So Racism itself is the problem.

But!...... Here is what I find interesting. The left barely blames the terrorist events that has been happening on Islam's name. They continue to support Islam despite, hundreds.... No! Thousands of deaths happening around the world in the name of Islam; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Islamist_terroris...

If you are going to blame people for the group they are associated with on one side you need to do the same for others. And we need to blame the source of the problem directly, not the people alone. As example, Islam does call for the killing of non believers. Either by making them submit to Islam by fear or by tyranny and control. And this is a massive problem. If you don't, that is hypocrisy.

So the left media and the left-side talks about how this one person commit this act in Charlottesville, to blame the right. Yet people are barely talking about the Barcelona attack happening in Spain with 13 Dead https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TeppZrTXjko All in the name of Islam. Again, barely anyone from the left is speaking against Islam for this coldblooded crime

It's really hypocritical of the left to blame a massive group, the right, vs giving another group that had killed thousands of people a chance over and over again and say it's peace.

So before some of you guys label me as a bigot. I am not saying I hate Muslims or I am racist. No. Islam is a religion. Like, how some people hate Christianity don't make them a racists. I grew up in a Islamic community. I was a Muslim myself. I do not. I repeat. I DO NOT approves the teachings of Islam to harm others in the name is Islam. That includes putting homosexuals to death. Using death to scare the population into submitting (tyranny.) Slavery. Unethical treatment of women. Oppression and I can go on but that be too long.

So, if I made myself clear here, then you will understand why I find the Charlottesville indecent to be terrible. At the same time, it makes me livid that people are trying to label a whole right group, while Islam has taken more lives and that nightmare won't end. Barely the media and the sum part of left group refuse to label this against the religion itself. So anyone with a brain stem can see I am not pointing out any group. I am pointing out the problem; the core of the issue.

If you still do not understand. Racism is very bad, but Islamic tyranny is even worst! Why not speak against Islamic Tyranny too?

You know what I really think? People like that are more selfish. Only speaking out what benefits them. They do not speak out what benefits their brothers and sisters they are at shoulders with. If you won't speak out for the safety of others against all forms of tyranny and violence, then you are a selfish person.

I really am against violence. I do not care if its for religious, or political reasons. No need for violence to solve our problems. However, if we do not stop, this more terrible things will come. I hate to witness that in my life and our children and their children witnessing that too.

I am grateful to see many waking up to this fact of intolerance, ignorance and bigotry of the left. I myself was a democrat that fought for the left during the Bush administration when I was a teen long ago. However, it felt empty. I was only following what my friends say and what the news said. Never once I sat down and did some research. That was until I met some furs that took me back to school on the history of this country that the schools I went to never taught me. Also they showed me that the news can lie for their own political belief. There is no law against not telling the truth on the news.  CNN, New York Time, Washing Post I found out to be liars.

So posts like this https://www.nytimes.com/2016/11/30/us/politics/mike-pen... I find to be fake as hell, because there will be a massive controversy. Gays on the right and left would have a massive fit together as well as human rights and LGBT supporters. It would be on headlines on every media source, major and small. Why it isn't? It's New York Times, fake.

If the News can lie to us... how can you trust them? I certainly cannot.

“If you're not careful, the newspapers will have you hating the people who are being oppressed, and loving the people who are doing the oppressing.” --Malcolm X

I would also like to add Antifa is against Gays. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HdSs02OXEn8 How come this is not on the news too?

The media is trying to brain wash the public with lies. Showing only what favors the cause of their agenda, and caring so little of the public that watches them. As long it gets them ratings, that is all they care about.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JDzsZIg_KWA <<< Van Jones of CNN admitting the Russia collusion with Trump is a lie, and other staff of CNN admitting to that too.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------

All I ask is to do your research. Do not just follow what your friends say or what the media says alone. Find some time, sit down, dig for information.  There is nothing wrong with being wrong; but, there is something very wrong if you feel empty in what you believe in.

If you can't back up your claims with actual facts and events inside your own mind; That is ignorance. If you won't try to research and learn more about your claims, that is just stupidity.

Thanks. Critical thinking is super important. It helps question the world and others, and most importantly; Ourselves. :3

Absolutely, and that's what sucks about these days, almost no one is willing to be critical and just go off on emotions and that shit...

This is just my personal opinion based off my observations.
Human beings are designed for hardship, we need it. But life is too easy now and the mind knows it, causing insecurity. So to counter it, people create a victim complex, to feel threatened, create hardship and validate their existence in turn.
Muslims are for some reason considered victims, probably because of how people look down at their religion for the continuous blood it sheds. And because they're victims, they're 'one of them'.
I don't know if this makes any sense.

Of course Islam is entirely monstrous upon those points cited by Our Host. It's an Abrahamic religion, and still very traditional. One of the very-best things you can do to cure yourselves of any Christian poisoning is to actually read the Bible. Most all of the things that Islam practices that so many people say they hate, are right there. Remember that Islam is based upon worshipping the Israelite/Christian deity. And any actual hardcore leftist would not defend a religion in the first place; being correctly identified as the opioid of the masses, humanity is better off without such antique fears and superstitions.
This is Our Host's reminder that the original "free press" in America was almost entirely political in nature, with the great majority of the Colonial/Revolutionary/Constitutional-era papers being funded by open political concerns. Modern America has no idea concerning partisan media and a divisive/vitriolic/downright propagandic press, unless they go back and study how things were in America in the late-18th and 19th Centuries.
And yes: the media will deceive you as much as they can. It's called "editorial agenda", and it has been a thing since Classical times. It is incumbent upon the consumer of the media to be educated enough to figure out the fact from the fiction. only the fool takes everything in the public forum as %100 gospel without even the first grain of salt.
Now the problem with Our Host attacking the New York Times as "fake news" is that this is a hallowed pastime of the rightie propagandists, going back to the Clinton years, especially with the commentators that work at FNC, who view the NYT as their main competition in controlling the narrative. it is now such a reliable dogwhistle of a seeming compulsory stance that it should immediately raise red flags. Is the Mike Pence/Conversion Therapy/anti-gay story truly "fake"?

YOU
Welcome, then, to the human condition.
PROTIP: do not decry "fake news" while linking to anything associated with Project Veritas. Their own deceit and fraud is so obvious that it isn't funny.
An excellent reminder from Malcom X. And that is exactly what the right's own media powers have been doing since the turn of the century.
It is my own research and reading of the Bible, the writings of the Founders of both the Republic and the Confederacy themselves-- and not the latter-day commentaries of activists who THINK they know what the Founders MEANT to write, the openly stated agendas of the several current activists organizations and the writings of their founders, and the breadth of that great laboratory that is History, that I wield as my weapons. And so I find too much of activist America wanting.
Finally, I will never address these issues as matters of opinion, but of fact. If you cannot bring fact so cold, hard and un-invested, abandoning passionate and irrational opinion and belief, then you have already lost the contest.
