How do you change your profile pic and edit your profile?

Sorry, I'm just not used to IB's interface.

For changing your icon/avatar :
Move your pointer on account button (on the green banner): then click on profile (grey smiled icon.). ^^

For your Profile :
Move your pointer on account button then click on "setting".

near the top of the page there's a bar just under the pink rabbit on the left. it should say your name just under the rabbit. to the right is the word "account". hover your mouse overlapping the word and a menu will appear below. move your mouse down to the word "profile" which has a smiling face icon next to it. if you click there you will be sent to the profile options menu.
