This is long, so if you don't want to read through all this, here's the TL;DR.
I'm open for story requests, but there are a few ground rules, such as not insisting I do exactly as you want. I know most people aren't like that, so most furs on this site should be okay. :3
I'll mostly accept things that are in the "Loves" section of my "Dos and Don'ts" in my ToS, but I may accept other things that are in the "Dos" and "Maybes".
The upper limit I will accept for word count is five thousand... but if I like the story, I may write more. I do that sometimes. XD
Hey, fuzzbutts. I know it hasn't been too long since I last posted a journal, but my mate and I actually did make it through the week despite not getting a single bite on commissions. A ten-dollar tip that Clement, my mate, got at his job did help a bit, though. XD
That being said, I'll open up a bit and say that, after nobody said anything about wanting to get a commission, I got kinda down, and Clement said something about how I need to write more stories before people will really bite on commissions... and then he mentioned I should take requests. I had never really thought about that before, which is weird, because I usually think about doing that kind of stuff, and I did do requests way back in the day with my fanfiction. I just, weirdly, never thought about doing it with this.
That said, I'm going to open up for requests! Now keep in mind that this does not mean I'll just write anything, and it's not like I'm going to have unlimited slots or unlimited time. Request slots will occupy my commission queue for now, and I won't treat them any differently than commissions as far as the quality of the story.
I need to lay down a few ground rules, however, which I will list below:
1. Since I am not getting paid for this, I need to be able to do other things outside of this, meaning that I may not be able to devote too much time to working on requests on certain days or for certain periods of time.
2. Please do not insist that I write exactly what, how, or when you want! I've had a bad enough experience lately with a possible commissioner who only wanted me to write when they were available. I know most people aren't like that, but I wanted to put that out there just in case. I've seen people who take requests get taken advantage of, and I don't want that to happen to me.
3. Related to point number two, unlike a commission, where I'll write it as long as I'm okay with it, for requests, I'd rather write what I like, and as such, I'll be restricting requests to content that's in my "Loves" section of my "Dos and Don'ts" section of my ToS, which can be found right here and also in my profile. I may write stuff in my "Dos" and "Maybe" sections, but it'll be on a case by case basis.
TL;DR for #3: I'll mainly write stuff I like, but don't be afraid to ask me to write other stuff. I just might not accept.
4. For commissions, I will accept nearly every possible length for a story, within reason, but for requests, I'm limiting the length you can ask for to five thousand max. That doesn't mean I may not write more, but it means that I won't guarantee writing more than that.

I seriously hope some of you consider getting a story from me. The main reason I'm doing this is to round out my portfolio, and I need to show off how well I can write other people's ideas.
