Again this question sort of..?

So about two years ago I asked you whether it is odd i have both a fear and an interest in needles and injections.

Now I come to you with the question, what if i have this with more than just needles and the medical world? Why is it I feel an attraction to things i find scaring?

Does this have a name?

As much as 10 percent of people suffer from a phobia called trypanophobia, which is a fear of needles and injections. Of those who have a fear of needles, at least 20 percent avoid medical treatment as a result. The fear of needles is both a learned and an inherited condition.

I suppose it's the same as with vore, cubs, gore, snuff, etc, it's a weird attraction for the painful and dangerous, or just plain illegal stuff, that you know is wrong or scary, but thinking about it, gives you a boner *shrugs!* doesn't mean you'd like to be playing with needles rl! although there are definetly worse things xD
