New Changes

I am 350lbs and 6 foot tall. So, I have started a new fitness and diet plan. Walking exersizing and the like. However this means I also have to get up early and go to bed early so I can do these things without setting off the critters and the like.

What this means for you, nothing much really. Other than Im not going to be staying up and rating until 5 or 6 (-7gmt) in the morning.

Hopefully losing some of this weight will boost over all productivity. Im aiming for losing at least 50 lbs by this time next more would be awesome but Im pretty dense as it is.

To those I owe art too, still working on them but if you could, would you please pm me what needs to be done. I fear some of you may have fallen through the cracks of my extreme laziness.

Please label them "Work order" so I can file them faster. Ill be using the honor system so no real need of proof. I will be doing them in order of how I receive them. There will be no new charges cause I ducked up and you all have helped me out so much. I might even do some extra stuff too. :3

For me, all of ibis from depression and admittedly laziness I was about 100 lower than now for most of my "adult" life and I need to get back to it.

Yea understandable... I'm trying to get to 250ish too.. haven't been that size since high school.... I've always been fat... but looking at the rest of my family and the horribly stupid health problems they have.. i kinda wanta prevent/prolong that..

the "Good part" other than my heart, Bad health hits my family regardless of fitness. I'm just tired of getting winded when I go check the mail.

I'm still hanging about 220 or so myself.

Just a little under 6ft. Think all I really need to do is do a metric shitton of crunches.

Crunches, and given that you are "A big bastard" like myself. you need to work on slight weight or "Body weight" exercises. Jumps, Stretches, and pretty much anything that doesn't require bar bells, and things that will add on muscle weight. Jogging, Boxer Squats and the like. Body vests and 1-10lb limb weights are the way to go it seems. as are prolonged rests between sets.

The majority of my excess is just my stomach and sides. I'm just lazy ;.;

Pretty sure if I roll it off, it'll stay off.

don't forget to drink a LOT of water by the way.

also, if possible...only do exercise where the air is clean and filled with oxygen, since Oxygen can help to metabolize the stored fats in the body.

the problem with that is, there's almost no air up here. Been living here 10 years and STILL have problems just walking from place to place. Back at sea level I could walk for days (and I mean days) without stopping other than the occasional piss. Up here, Walking more than half an hour is ALMOST a trip to the hospital.

Lol!! FAA Aircraft pressure stuff.

"At sea level, oxygen pressure in the lungs is approximately three pounds per square inch (psi). This is sufficient to saturate the blood with oxygen and permit the mind and body to function normally. As altitude is increased, this pressure decreases. Below 7,000 feet above sea level, the available oxygen quantity and pressure remain sufficient for saturation of the blood with oxygen. Above 7,000 feet, however, the oxygen pressure becomes increasingly insufficient to saturate the blood."

I live at about 7,100, and I have 2 friends who live at 8000+ feet and we move around like it's nothing. Y.Y
