I have a bit of a problem with work related stress, and I find if I've had a busy day/week/month it just builds and builds getting worse and worse to where I get to the point where all I want to do when I get home is flop down on the couch and sleep. I'm completely drained mentally, have zero desire to do anything creative at all, and can't even force myself to draw and is often followed in wild swings in music taste. (will start listening to 1940's wartunes / swing, or death metal, or classical)
It usually takes me a few days of not working before I finally start feeling creative, and feeling normal again. Does anyone else experience this? How do you cope with it?
I just feel i'm so mentally drained by the time I get home from work I just shut down...this can't be good.
