My obvious lack of written content aside (mostly due to stress/being busy/ most of it at this point being quick one-sided RPs), I assume that y'all enjoy the commissions I've gotten.
Would any of you be open to contributing to a TipJar that I might open, so that I could get some extra cash to help get more commissions? Depending on how much I get, I might offer polls to see what my next commission might be, and y'all could recommend artists. A patreon is right out since my content isn't exactly uploaded on a constant, plus while I own the characters, I don't do the art. (I could have it charge my patreons on a per-upload or every other upload basis but I don't want to put my stuff behind a paywall.)
I think there might be some people that will tip tough those will proberbly be far fewer as most people have too many people they like to support but only so much monney to do so, however I think if there is some reward for supporting it increases the chances.
If you both have a large/interested audiance and some nice doable rewards I think that works best, heck you could basically at some point have it you only work of the patreons (but that means you'd have the same client's over-and-over)
If you can manage to like have something that they get a alternative/patreon only story each month (or 3) and perhaps another tier where they get a monthly story (longer depending on the amount I gues?) that could work. Tough I think you should do something like: "monthly story, I write as much as I can (depending on time & inspiration), minimum of: (certain amount of words/pages)
that way they can't feel ripped off and have a way of tipping you + guarantied commisions, sometimes just a "thanks" for supporting, other times a big bonus ^^.
