No guarentee this will get you commisions but I would probably just combine the 2 and lower prices to probably Sketch - 5 Base - 10 Shaded - 15
It's probably a bit lower then what you should be but atm you don't have any commissions either. When you get a stead stream of commisions then you can increase the price a bit. if your shading gets better you can probably increase that a bit more also.
Also if you have any artist friends on this site I would suggest talking to them and see if you can get them to pass ya some traffic your way or post a free raffle or something to help drive traffic towards ya.
