Alright, I backed a certain artist on Patreon. However, I was told that in order to receive their previous works, I would have to buy them on enty.jp. While I did finally end up figuring out how to do this, I've accidentally signed up for monthly support on enty.jp as well.
So, right now I'm paying the same artist for the same art twice a month. The same amount too (which I will not disclose).
If anyone has had any experience with enty.jp and cancelling support for an artist, I'd really appreciate the help. Everything is in japanese, and the "English" button they have is quite lacking. I've been to their FAQ, and it features cancelling support. However, the translation is so bad, I can't really understand how to do it. It says to go to "My Page" and there's a button next to the artist I'm supporting, but such a button doesn't exist from what I can see.
Please, any help is appreciated.
