For my first 2012 entry, I first need to apologize for being away for two-three days. I had a problem with my PC's LSP & registry after taking out PC Tools Spyware Doctor and had to format my C Drive and reinstall Windows and everything. I should be OK now.
Anyways, I'll be working on doing commissions and won't be posting much of anything until I have a few of them done.
Once I have old commissions and new commissions done, I'll be starting up my pony commissions and changing some rules around.

Speaking of commission rules, I know I've been away for so long and what I've done is unacceptable to most, so I'm wondering about this as an addition to my rules:
[ul][li]As a new rule, new commission customers get their commissions(s) done at half price if they waited more than 3 months, and would get a another free pin-up on-the-house if they waited 4-6 months tops regardless.[/li][/ul]
What do you all think of that as an addition to my commission rules?
I'm think this would be a good idea as 1.) it'll modivate me more to get commissions done, and 2.) help me get more customers, and 3.) let everyone know I'm still going to get them done and make it worth the wait and not leave them hanging like I did & end up still asking for full price in the long run.
Plus, I would only be taking 5 people at a time per list, instead of 10, so that I won't be so booked like I had in the past.
Does this idea sound right to anyone?
