Hate for something like this to be my last journal entry until after Christmas but I need to vent so here goes. The first year may see me back in the valley. Why? Because Steve fucked up and spent the money he put back for next month's rent on dope. HE SPENT OVER $900 ON DOPE! And he worried about me on doing speed?! I like doing speed but not that much and my priorities are way more important than that shit anyway! I can't believe him! I thought he had more self-control than that! I ain't gonna abandon ship...yet. I'm gonna still try and job around and get my own place for my folks and I to live but if Steve and I get that eviction notice, I'm outta here, fuck him. He knows he's financially in deep shit and he's trying to handle it with a sense of humor but when I see him try to laugh it off, I can't help but picture Nero playing the violin while Rome burned to the ground.
