Seriously, I work as an insurance broker currently, that means I call people who requested insurance, in regards to that insurance and match them up with the insurance agency that's most likely going to be able to get them plans they like. Yet without fail, on a daily basis, I get cursed out, and at least every week I get threats of bodily harm, mutilation, and death. Why is this kind of behavior okay? Why does the media constantly promote things like this with reality shows and make this kind of mass stupidity seem like the 'normal' thing to do?
