Now when they get aware of their surroundings, the male locks on to Giovanni's mindset and becomes just like him and goes crazy, while on the other hand, Mewfii locks on to you, the main char and gets scared and somehow reverts to a Mew with Mewtwo abilities...
They both brake out and go to you and Giovanni and you somehow escape by Mewfii using a teleport move and you stay away from Team Rocket for a year or so...
Now a few years later, Kanto is peril and Ash/Red never left his home, he is dead. Now you are living with Bill who is with the other people who are with the Pokemon Storage League and you guys set up a plan to send back Mewfii to an earlier time to help restore Kanto and the world...
Now they use the Trading Time Machine and send back Mewfii to an earlier time. Now they can send her back without something to keep everything intact, so she gain some armor and and element of your choose. If she is water she stays Mewfii, but fire or grass, then she becomes Mewlii or Nateo respectfully...
Now she is sent back to Professor Oak before Ash/Red goes out on his quest, if you have seen the movie with Celebi in it, you will understand, young Oak as a child.
Then the whole game is about you, P. Oak saving the world before Ash/Red goes out, and it adds a new research function...
