As the title says: a baby changes everything. Maybe mom gets pregnant and daddy turns his attention to you. Maybe you're pregnant with a baby that is psychic and forces you to do things. Maybe your country has a two child policy, and now that mom's pregnant again, you, the oldest child, are being sold off to a slave training company. Or maybe baby fever is sweeping the nation, and mommy and daddy just have to see what their little girl looks like with a belly out to there... Interpret it how you want, but remember, it has to follow the theme. Somehow, a baby has to change everything.

Yup. At least one underaged character, can be the victim or the victor. And mind control must be an element of the plot. As one of the prizes is a community vote, the more those two things are involved in the story, probably the better. It should also follow the theme of the contest. Beyond that, the sky is the limit. Furry, human, fantasy, future, modern, whatever.
