My friend artist posted ID photo of herself, where you can see her nipples slightly showing through the fabric. Admins deleted that pic and gave her warning for that! :D

Oh for fucks sake...  The thing that pisses me off is that somebody has to actually report this stuff to the admins.  "This looks underage! Im offended!"   For christ sake.. This really is the sage of the Snitch.
FA is just so ready to swing that ban hammer.  What kills me is the inability to now view other pages on FA, comment or note other people.
*grrr*  Sorry to hear of your predicament. But to be honest, there other places you can keep your loyal fans up to date besides FA. :)

It is weird that FA don't allow you to post that stuff off site but here with Inkbunny they do not allow humans but you can link to it off site were I have seen artists have the censored version here and post the uncensored human porn one on FA.

And the fucking annoying thing when I joined FA in 2009 you could upload cub or minor porn all you wanted.
The admins caved under some asshat complaining about the cub smut so they caved to the fuckers and that is why we have IB cuzz of stupid asshats that do not know how to not click on that shit.

Nah, I think it was because whoever they were getting their revenue from stated they would drop FA off of their list because drawn images of minors counted as the real thing to them and couldn't support it, so FA decided to choose their revenue instead of changing revenue sources. Neer has once stated he supports cub art personally, but had to make a decision. NOT that I support Neer or agree with him, just stating as what happened.

Like I have stated before IB allows you to link off site to human porn I have seen it a ton here on IB.

It is basically being hyper sensitive over something that is stupid.
The art is still "censored" And hell for that matter is still marked as "Adult" so only adults will see it any how.

The original cub ban was because dragoneer caught cub furs trying to trade RL pedo pictures/vids using notes... Fucked with him bad and he ended up just altogether banning it under the guise of "Our web provider has banned it" when they hadn't. He eventually let someone know about it on their journal (before the journal was eventually removed mysteriously >_> GG FA... GG...) Buuuuut... With the new investors... you wouldn't want to piss them off either, so it's possible it's also IMVU or other revenue providers have extended the boundaries too.

Furaffinity has this thing where they ban only certain artists who they don't like. No, seriously; they'll say Tails (for example) is underage and ban a bunch of sonic-loving accounts, but leave other, seriously-obviously-under-age-tails-lover accounts active just because the user has it in good with the admins. It's ridiculous.

I don't think Spike is very THAT young, yes, he's a baby dragon, but dragons live very long, nearly thousands of years, so Spike may probably be a teenager or a young adult, but look very young somehow.

That's alot of technicality. XD Spike hasn't ever been known as an adult. He's most likely 10-11 physically, but at best a young adolescent. Either way, clearly not mature, but still gets a free pass on FA, since 60-70% of the fandom loves MLP, and they wouldn't want to lose them, unless they had an ultimatum like they did with cubs.

And FA has outright banned people, like Zeta, who's characters even resembles someone looking young, even if They're girly, it's up to the admins discression to deem it cub, or not. Even if it isn't. >.>

Well, Sweetie Belle is a filly which is basically a young girl.
I'm not sure for Spike, he's a baby dragon yes, but dragons live longer than ponies so I don't know how old he really is, but I think he pratically a teenager despite looking like a baby dragon.

Heck Zeta a lot of admins and mods on FA are so full of sh** there eyes are brown. I got banned for two days for defending myself against someone calling me a sick fu** just because i said people should be more accepting of cub art because its not real.

So there are some good artists on FA but over all FA is just a sh** hole run by corruption. Glad im hear on IB mostly. X3 But Zeta your one awesome gal and its really FA's loss that they banned you. So they can go suck an egg. XD

Well I did try warning you before when you posted the Spike stuff. I got the shaft when I uploaded that stuff the first go around. But its understandable. The FA Staff are just scared shitless that one day if certain bills get passed that the US Government will start counting cub art as legit child porn. Rule34 already got it the worst with this and they were very close to having to shut down R34 for good because of the Shota and Loli content.

There are some countries now that consider even cartoon portrayals of child-like bodied or children in sexual situations a crime and will count that as actual photos. I believe Hentai Foundry also got threatened to be shut down because of this. Nowadays, places like the US are getting more uptight about cartoon child porn no matter the type. Personally, I don't like IB because of such content but that's what filters are for.

I'll still be loyal to FA because that's where most of my fanbase still lies. IB will still be my secondary upload site as long as human content is prohibited in sexual situations.

Oh well. You should be fine here I guess.

Heh. I visit FA regularly. I have a regular pattern of visiting FA every few months. I don't really look at anything any more though. I could be banned from FA and I would only be pissed off because they banned me, not because I'd miss the community.

I'm not much of an artist. I just enjoy partaking in art here.

I think this is more about FA hamstringing the competition rather than actually violating the guidelines, especially with it's dwindling site traffic and userbase. This is a common practice Dragoneer has done in the past to ensure his little kingdom stays the top furry art site in the land.

So yeah, by all means go make a Tumblr, just to spite him if nothing else.

Nope. Suspended on FA means a ban. They did at first have a difference between being suspended and being banned, but the system that they have is broken (and STILL broken) after so many years that they haven't bothered to fix it, so every suspension tag = a ban.

Not really. As fanatic as the cub folks are about anti-FA, the vast majority of artists haven't suffered. FA is just so big, any little change they make ends up banning a couple dozen more artists.

I agree that FA's cub stuff rules are retarded but you can put link to other places as long as you aren't directly linking to content prohibited by Furaffinity's policies. E.g. linking to IB profile page are allowed, there's even place for that in the profile.

Linking to cub porn has been against the rules for years. Ignorance isn't really an excuse.

The rule makes perfect sense. If they allowed people to link to cub porn, then nothing would change except everyone would just start cropping the images and linking to full in the description; cub porn would still be all over the site.

My biggest problem with FA is the lack of a blacklist and decent tagging. I love it here cause the chances of me seeing something i really didnt want to see is slim to none thnx to the blacklist, while there i could see the most horrifying of crap on the first page. For a site thats been here since the 2000's and amassed a big user base, you would think they could impliment something this small and convenient; butni guess its hard to think about convenice when your servers crash more than a Ubisoft game (so ive heard)

If only inkbunny also had the few artists that are still furaffinity exclusive, ID never go back to that site.
