I've had commissioners do this to me a little. It's irritating and unnecessary. While I do like having something to keep commissions in order, I would prefer if it were very subtle. The worst part is, I don't think you can delete these notes, so if you get a lot of them, they're like little landmines, and you just gotta hope no one finds them.
