I'm a pretty patient person when it comes to taking things in stream, but please be considerate of the following: - Being in my stream does not entitle you to free art. If I am SPECIFICALLY taking on requests. - Be RESPECTFUL of my chat and myself. If you aren't either, I will ask you to leave -- and I will refund you in the event that you are acting rude while I am doing your commission. I apologize if I have to get this way, but I will NOT tollerate it. - Usually there's a prompt to requesting art, if not then you are free to ask. - You may ask me if you have commissioned me to keep the picture private if you don't wish for me to stream it, I generally stream a lot of my art! -Please be advised that I have the right on my own comfort reasons to not accept a commission, or wish to change it.
COMMISSIONS IN GENERAL
- Please read the list below before you inquire about a commission. - PLEASE DO NOT SEND ME IN GAME SCREENSHOTS FOR REFERENCES UNLESS THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY CLEAR AND THERE'S A COLOR GUIDE TO THE SIDE. IF YOU ONLY HAVE IN GAME SCREENSHOTS AS REFERENCE, I AM GOING TO ATTACH A FEE FOR IT. - If I'm not open at the moment for commissions you can ask to be placed on a wait list, where I'll notify you first before I announce that commissions are open. - Payment is up front, because I've had too many instances of individuals not paying me after the commission was finished. - You can be ANY age to commission me -- but you DO have to be over 18 to commission adult pictures. If you lie about your age just to have a commission done in an adult fashion, I WILL blacklist you for doing so. Please DO NOT make me have to do so. - I SOMETIMES do take my time to make sure that the art is as good as it can be, HOWEVER. If there is a deadline that you'd like for me to finish it, you can ask for one and I can try my best to get it done before then. - IF I AM TAKING too much time, please NOTE me or MESSAGE ME through my email (mythic_pix@hotmail.com) to inquire about it. PLEASE DO NOT leave me shouts on my page. - IF REVISIONS ARE NEEDED TO BE DONE, PLEASE SPECIFY BEFORE I BEGIN COLORING. IF THERE ARE ANY LARGE SCALE DIFFERENCES THAT ARE NEEDING TO BE MADE AFTER I BEGIN COLORING, I WILL CHARGE FOR CHANGES. - I HAVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE FOR MULTIPLE ALLOTTED EDITS, ESPECIALLY AFTER I HAVE BEEN CLEARED FOR THE LINEART. - CHARACTER COMPLEXITY IS ALSO A CHARGE - I HAVE THE RIGHT TO DENY SOMEONE A COMMISSION, especially if I am uncomfortable with the subject matter or if I am uncomfortable with the individual in general or any other reasons that I have. - If you purchase Lineart/sketches please be aware that I do NOT allow you to EDIT/COLOR/TRACE the work. If you want me to color it, I offer colored versions for a lower tacked on price after the lineart has been completed. - Refunds: see below
REFUNDS
- I will FULLY refund you as long as I have NOT started on the work. - If I have already started the process, I can offer to give a refund at a smaller price for the amount fo work that I've done, the only time that I will make an exception is if it is a denoted emergency, and in that case I can in fact resend the money without taking off. (I wont pry though in which it is an emergency!) - However, if I have started past lining the image, there's an offchance that I will not be able to refund you.
POSTING
- THE ONLY INDIVIDUALS THAT HAVE PERMISSION TO POST THE ART IS THE COMMISSIONER AND/OR INDIVIDUALS INVOLVED IN THE COMMISSION AND MYSELF. - I upload all completed commissions to my gallery. - If I do not upload it, it is under the commissioner's expressed desire to keep the commission private. - If I have not uploaded it yet, the COMMISSIONER or the INTENDED INDIVIDUAL of the art has permission to upload as long as I AM CREDITED for my art. - I AM OKAY AS WELL if you upload my art that I've done for you to other art sites as well HOWEVER I WILL STRESS FOR CREDIT TO BE GIVEN, PLEASE. - THE ONE THING THAT I AM NOT OKAY WITH IS EDITING OF MY ART. IF THERE IS SOMETHING THAT NEEDS TO BE CHANGED PLEASE JUST ASK ME TO CHANGE IT, PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE IT YOURSELF.

This is not in effect while I have 50 GBS but I do still do a small sweep because the amount of files does bog down my computer. If you're in need of a search of an image please do try to at least have the file name on hand so that I can be able to track it down.
