Well I first off would like to thank in advance all of those who have taken the time to read this and respond, and especially to those who have been following me.
My laptop, that has been a great computer for the last 6 years, decided that it was it's time to doe and I got the blue screen of death yesterday. That means that I need to get one soon because of the need I have for it in school. One thing though I want from my new laptop is that it has the capacity to do digital art on it. One in particular that I have been looking at is the Microsoft surface pro. It looks very user friendly and nice but I wanted to ask a community that has experience in this sort of thing. What have you all found to be usefull? I have thought of just buying a laptop and using a tablet that I can buy online, but I don't know even where to start. The world of art and media is very new to me but I do want to try my hand at it and see what I can do. Any advice that any of you could send my way would is highly appreciated!

Mi computadora murió ayer. Ella tiene 6 años ya y funcionaba muy bien, pero ayer mi dio la "pantalla azul de la muerte" y ahora no funciona mas. Me estoy ocupando obtener una computadora nueva pero no se que comprar. Estuve mirando al Microsoft surface pro 4, porque yo podría usar eso para mis clases y dibujar y hacer arte digital. Pero no se si es bueno. ¿Que usan todos ustedes? ¿Que me recomienden usar para poder hacer tarea y arte? También pensé en comprar un tablet de artista para usar con una computadora común pero de verdad no se cual sería mejor. Estoy muy agredecidoo por todo el aviso que recibo. ¡Muchas gracias a todos por su ayuda!
