I have the cables wires hooked up right and the hdmi cable in the right spot but I get no audio or picture to come through. The only advice I've gotten is keep unplugging the box and plugins it in witch didnt do any thing the first time but for some reason they think that's all you need to do. If any one has any help let me know ill check back often.
