Yeah, I saw. I forget when it was that I used Piczel, for as brief as it was, because I think loli was disallowed all along. I was curious if perhaps it was permitted under some circumstances or a particular interpretation of their rules. (For example, maybe a loli character doesn't qualify as a "person" under 18.)
