General Policies
If revocable permissions to personal use of my art are presented to you by myself, these guidelines must be respected. You are not permitted to claim any art by myself, as your own. I retain all rights to the art. Proper credit MUST be given. Follow the terms and policies wisely.
Permissions- Permissions to work by myself, is your way of receiving a free or purchased right to use my art. You do not receive ownership of any of my work. Permissions may be revoked if these terms are not followed.
I have the right to refuse any commissions that I am not comfortable with. For example: Vore, Bodily fluids, extreme gore etc.
I reserve the right to make changes to the T.O.S at any given time.
By proceeding to commission any art by me, you indicate that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
What I WILL draw:
-NSFW
-Ferals
-Anthros
-Nudity
-Majority of kinks (Ask!)
-Light gore
-Guns
-Video game worlds
What I will NOT draw:
-Vore
-Scat/watersports
-Cubs
-Ponies
-Mech
-Drug use
Please feel free to ask what I will and won't draw if it is not listed!
(Re)Distribution
Any work created by myself, may NOT be distributed anywhere without my given consent first. This includes all work whether or not it is W.I.P. or completed such as digital formats of work produced by myself. So until my given approval, you may not in any way give permissions of my creations to anyone.
If desired to upload work created by myself to another site or such you may do so as long as you have written and signed permissions to the art by myself.
Refunds and Payment
I accept absolutely no refunds. Once I receive payment, if you decide to change your mind you will not be given a refund. If you decide you dislike or no longer wish to have the permission to the art, that is fine by me. However, refunds once again will not be received.
Payment must be received first before I start on the work. Changes may not be made once I have started lining, Unless it is nessisarry. You will recieve a sketch WIP and colour WIP. This applies to commissions, and premades and other forms of commissions.
Modifications
Modding is NOT allowed to my work.
If it comes to my attention that any of these terms are not being respected or followed, I will notify you of this. If changes are not made, I reserve the right to revoke all rights to the work and you will no longer have permissions for that work. The terms are to be respected. If copyrights or watermarks are on any piece of work, they may not be removed at all. If you are confused or unclear on any information provided within this T.O.S please do not hesitate to inform me of your concerns.
