A few ways to be secure: 1: do not list your paypal email ever (especially on adult sites), have people send you their email and send them an invoice instead 2: use a generic name for your actual paypal email, like "business coveted limited solutions 2001" or whatever, not your username on sites 3: be a good guy and try to avoid annoying people (this can sometimes lead to them reporting you out of spite)

a lot of adult pay sites use PayPal but so do a lot of people that sell digital artwork. I'm trying to remember that exact spelling of a distributor. I used to deal with that so-called artwork, comics, and so forth from different artists. One of the things they sold were CDs of different artists work. And one of their payment options was PayPal. There are hundreds if not thousands of adult entertainment venues that use PayPal on the Internet, so I'm surprised they have the nerve to single out one particular person. By the way, there is a loophole. At one point I created a handful of different PayPal accounts. I'm not hundred percent sure if it can still be done. After the law wants to contact me privately I can explain to him how at least you used to be able to make more than one PayPal account. It's one of those slayings where as the expression goes, there's more than one way to do it.

Selling CDs of erotica is okay with paypal as far as I know. You have to have a physical media, though. It needs to be sold in a book, or on a canvas, or on a pillowcase, or in a CD. You can't just sell downloads of it.
This is, of course, unnecessarily prohibitive for people who don't have a formal distribution network, and who don't like working with physical addresses. Or for those, like Kevin, who distribute predominantly to other countries, where it would involve costly international shipping rates.

My point being there are a few thousand websites that use PayPal and they specifically sell download only CGI and all merchandise.the trick is too sad but new PayPal account if they kill your old one.you have a main account, which is attached to a bank account and you don't use it for any kind of questionable activity and then you set up a few secondary accounts which are not directly attached to bank accounts. Use use those accounts for your business and subsequently transferred from one of those PayPal accounts to the one that is attached to a bank account and when you transfer money from one account to the other. You make it look like a regular transaction between friends. I know several people that have been doing this for years. What they used was a prepaid credit card from somewheres, like say Walmart and set up a PayPal account using eight Hotmail address.
