It is fine to remove it I suppose.  It's ok that your rules leave the interpretation up to the administrators, and it's fine that I was part of the attack done on the 3d vore artists a few weeks back,  and it's even more ok with not applying to everyone - I'm sorry,  it only applies when someone gripes about it.   I've got my gallery downloaded and posted else where.
While you say you were trying to work with me,  I wasn't going to win any ways.  While you told me to post it in a journal,  char told me that wasn't acceptable for citing so there are clearly more flaws than what's apparent.   I did however make 3d models of chase,  your neko, and fender during this time and shall do as I see fit with them now.
You really should revise the rules to actually state what constitutes citation and how it should be done, or it will look bad on the fandom.  FA is the laughing stock of my college campus because of how vague the rules are.   I thank you for this as I was trying to make a positive name for furries on campus.   Do have a good day then.

Just make sure you make a proper example out of me over this and make sure to state that I broke your personal interpretation of the rule that had no direct explanation.   If I'm going down that part should at least be acknowledged that there is no directly stated description of what constitutes a proper citing on fa, even if you make your own characters which I did,  except Krystal and renamon.

Conclusion:
FA makes me ashamed to be a furry.  If this is how the fandom is to be known as, where "The rules apply only when someone complains, and doesn't apply to others even though it should"  that's a bit hypocritical.

theres examples of this bs on here too unfortunatly, there was an instance where a certain artist had to remove and or edit a number of works that had been posted, and up to a point aproved, because complaints were filed...however when i looked about i saw several other artists that had even more blatently violated this suposed 'rule' that were being ignored...if your going to be draconinan [that word will have a double meaning in the fandom from now in i bet] be draconian dont play favorites dont pick and chose, be consistant or dont be at all...thats all i ask

and with regard to fa's vauge and headache inducing rules realy, there just following the good old american example....have you 'tried' to read some of our countires laws...try it, i bet you have a headache before your more then 3 paragraphs in...

'the problem is, I understand legalese - both web, city, state, and national, they clearly don't, nor do they want to be proven wrong or told they are wrong.  I know furries can be arrogant, but this is downright stupidity.

oh well.  now that I made Fender, Chase, Dragoneer, and AsiaNeko's fursonas in 3d - I can do what I please with them.  I don't have to post them on places like DA, FA, IB, etc.  many other sites would still get them out there for access for others.

do keep in mind though, I had pointed this problem out to several of the admins - and even several of the Criminal Justice professors at NMSUA and they all agreed "is this written by a 6th grader?  Sure what they want is for you to cite your work, but on the flip side there are many areas you could cite and they clearly do not specify where they want it.  it is only IMPLIED they want it on the picture, but they do not say what is acceptable for that.  IE:  web links, journal links, external links etc"

one of those same professors even stated "It is like going into a restaurant that has a 'no shirt, no shoes, no service policy.'  You put on shirt, shoes, and shorts and walk in.  Then they tell you 'we won't serve you because it was implied you should wear pants, not shorts.' "

Both professors also agreed, if this was an actual city, state, or country law - many people would escape prosecution, because implied rules are not stated rules are thus are not facts and are inadmissible in court.

I do however agree, if you're going to be draconian on your website, be it with everyone - not just those are are reported.  by the way, this whole thing was over an attack of 3d vore artists on FA that someone had hissy fits with.  I found out who they were and will deal with (legally) them accordingly as well.  no threats, no promises, just legal rebuttal.  Deedonis was the other popufur vore artist attacked as well.'

*nods* well welcome to inkbunny just the same good to have you here, not sure how long ill be able to say it cause as i said ive started to see signs of the same sort of slide here, early ones at least, but were alot more freindly and open here...we have our trolls but so long as you dont feed them they typicly will leave you alone after a bit.

trolls are fun. they are like little kids who think they are all that and everyone else is worthless - even though they themselves can't draw more than stick figures, or even whistle a tune. I figure if a troll decides to target me, I must have done something worth observing and mentioning - otherwise they would never have noticed me in the first place. they are cute in their own idiotic way.

most of them yeah, its the few that have managed to develop enoughb rain cells to learn how to hack that are the troublesom ones.

yes but those are few and far between. my case still stands though. if you're being trolled or greifed upon, you've clearly done something right to warrant the undivided attention of someone, and it should be continued.
