By commissioning me, you agree that you are 18+.

I tend to jump between images, and my queue is usually pretty full. Due to this, there can be a wait time. I will usually update everyone through journals about what's going on and if there's a delay to commissions (such as illness or tablet malfunction). Currently I am working through my backlog, so there is a slightly longer wait time than average. This should be resolved in a month or two.

Please do not be rude and make excessive contact and requests about your commission. There's no need to note repeatedly in one day, or even in the same week. Please be understanding that there may be other people ahead of you in my queue.

If you want to ask for updates, please do so by email. It's easier for me to read and respond to when I'm on the go.

I will not make excessively large edits to images, especially once it's reached the coloring stage of the process unless you plan to pay extra, this fee can be between $5 and $20 depending on how excessive it is. Edits to sketches are free, but changes to lineart will also require a fee. I can also do secondary versions of your commission for a fee. This is usually around $20, but it can vary depending on how large a difference between the two images there is. You can request WIPs at any time.

I do not work on the weekends and I will not respond to inquiries until the following Monday.

If you would like a refund at any time, please let me know and I will work to accommodate you.  If no work has begun, you will get a full refund. If some work has begun, you will be charged for the work done and are free to keep the art.  

I will not work from screenshots of SL. It's too hard for me to make out what's what in the screens. Please provide art or descriptions for your character. If you don't have any art, I can help you find a free base to work with.
