Hopefully we squashed the bugs this time!
New time-of-day changer code is in place so the Equestria background should change as your local time changes, as long as you choose "Dynamic" as the time of day in your Account Settings for that background.
Previously it would change once, then get stuck on that time of day and never change again.
Anyone that had chosen a single time of day as their permanent background will need to go choose it again. We had to reset everyone's time of day back to "dynamic", sorry!
