One of the original creators (Greg Johnson) is looking to go back to his roots with a new, indie, Toejam & Earl game that's going after the style and feel of the original game. I'm a little 'eeehn' considering he said he wasn't apologetic *right there in the video* for the suckfest that the two sequals were... apparently he didn't get word from the critics. Or the sales figures. But a return to the original roguelike formula is an incredibly welcome change that, I feel, will be at least a moderate success.
