Need Some Input

Internal shots or not in a pornographic comic?

I've got mixed feelings on them myself and just wanted to know what others thought of them. Do they add to the overall effect of the comic? Easier to follow along with what's happening to the characters? Etc etc, let me know!

The very popular comic "School Daze" by

redrusker

features a number of internals. On the other hand, I've seen plenty without it. I guess I enjoy both, so the best advice I can offer is do what you enjoy :9

I think they aren't very attractive. I'm sorry but people's colons/rectums are not that sexy. I have seen a few pulled off well, but for the most part they are overdone and kind of turn-offish.

If it's done right and not overused in the comic it can look good. Because cumshots are always sexy and internal cumshots are good too. X3

I think they should be kept minimal. I find a good penetration closeup or creampie shot more arousing than most internals.

I like internal shots, they add a little extra, showing how the recipient is handling whats going on inside, or in the case you use one at the finale, it shows, the mess where it starts, and ends... unless of course, theres not enough room and it ends up shooting out once the fun is done.

When it comes down to it... internals are gratuitous.

Now, sometimes this is exactly what you want. If the rest of the work is already pretty over-the-top, there's the risk of it being a bit much, but if it's very openly porny without being excessive, internals can work with it. On the other hand, if not all that much is otherwise shown, internals can work by way of contrast.

So they can work, like any device. And like any device, whether or not they work well... depends.

I've never really seen the point of internals, but I've never been distracted by them either. I think it's sort of a fetish or sub-fetish. easiest thing to do is to put the internals on a separate layer or so and delete said layer(s) on a separate upload, a lot of people seem to do that sort of thing. All the better though would be to do as you feel; just do or don't depending on whether or not you feel like it

but non-porn comics can be sweet and help give depth to your characters.

I'd say yes, if done properly they add a delicious additional layer to the action, like describing the orgasm in detail in a story.
