Terms of Service:
Please note this is copy pasted from my FA page and will need to be modified a bit at some point for here:

*Is subject to changes at any given time.
*By commissioning me you affirm and agree that you have read the Terms of Service and understand and shall abide to everything written here.
*I am a furry-feral-anthro artist. Please make sure you are familiar with my work before commissioning me.
*If given a character that has no muzzle but a set species, I will give it a muzzle in that species set.
*I will always try my best with each picture, but some things may factor in differences from each picture. Stress,Illness,Pushiness ect.
*If for what ever reason you are uncertain about something, (Example: Things I will draw, or coloring styles and what they include. ) Please feel free to ask me.
*I have the right to refuse any commission, for any reason.
* ETA's in most cases will not be given. Art work can be done anywhere between 2 days - a few months.

To contact me about a Commission - Please note me:

*After I have reviewed your information, I will contact you back about details, and information that may be required.
*Once everything is agreed upon I will expect full payment up front via paypal in USD. I will not begin work until payment has been cleared in full. ( This means that if you and I discuss a payment plan, I will not start until everything is paid. )
*Once payment has been received I will confirm it with you.
*If it has been more then 3 weeks and you would like to know the status of your commission, please feel free to contact me. But please refrain from rushing me prior that.
* If you would like the higher res of the art work, please let me know at the start of commissioning me. Otherwise you will be given the FA acceptable size ( please note not ALL commissions come with a high res file. )
*I do not always work in order.

What to have when commissioning me:

*Visual references and additional info you think is necessary.
*Please make sure your character info or references are correct. If I miss something that wasn't mentioned or on your ref, I am not responsible for the mistake. (It is the responsibility of the commissioner to provide me with all necessary information to complete the commission.)
*If you do not have a picture reference, please feel free to discuss with me a written description.
*If you have a picture reference and something needs to be changed for the commission please let me know at the time of commissioning me.
*If you have a specifics (pose, clothes, etc) please include this information.
*If you are getting a commission with another character that isn't yours please make sure that you have their permission to use their character ( I will NOT be held responsible if you do not confirm that the image is safe to use. )
*If you need something done by a certain date,please be clear about this and make sure I have agreed to said deadline. There will also be a + 40% of final art price for a rush order ( Rush orders are pictures that need to be done in less then 2-3 weeks time.)
*If you do not want the image posted until a set date, make sure you let me know this at the time of ordering the commission. I will not be held responsible if you do not notify me of this before I post, and someone you do not want to see it, does.
*If you would like to make the commission private ( as in not posted in my gallery) I will charge + 50% to the final commission price as each picture I post helps advertise for me.

WIPS:

*In most cases I do not offer these.
*However if you would like a wip at any stage of the work you MUST let me know at the time of commissioning me.
*I allow one free change from sketch stages to be done. Anything after the first change or flats and up color wise will be +$5 for minor +$10 for major for each additional change - If it winds up being more then a 50% change of the image then I will charge for a whole new picture. ( unless it is my fault for missing something. )

Commissioned Art Usage and Rights:

*Commissioners may post their finished images in their personal galleries only, as long as they link back to the original image or my profile.
* Commissioner does NOT have the right to post this image to: Groups, another persons gallery (Unless they are IN the art) , or as a story book picture in another's gallery without first seeking permission. This is to make sure I don't receive notes on theft, or that you or the other person involved is accused of it.
* Do not alter my artwork unless I have given permission to do so.
*The commissioner can NOT use the image for commercial purposes. The commissioner may not make a profit off of the commissioned image in any way. This includes game money, real money,ect.
*The commissioner may not have another artist/other/self color the picture. If you would like it colored, please contact me about coloring it.
*I the artist reserves the right to use the full commission image as seen fit, including but not limited to producing and selling prints or other commercial purposes. Unless otherwise negotiated, I the artist retain full commercial and distribution rights to any imaged or work produced.
*Further rights of usage may be available for purchase, such as commercial usage rights, distribution rights, etc. Please include any inquiries when commissioning the image.
*I the Artist reserves the right to issue a refund and cancel a commission, at any time, due to any reason.
*Artwork is non-refundable once complete.
*In most cases refunds are not available. ( These are done on a case by case basis, and only a certain percentage will be refunded if agreed upon. Based on how much work has been done. )
*You may not use your commission for advertisement purposes.
