Story time concluded!

So, you guys wanted a story. Well here it is. Let me know what you think! :3

After about a month of thinking, planning, drawing inspiration from many different sources and writing I was finally able to put the finishing touches on my first yiff story with Skylar and myself. I put quite a lot of effort into this one, so I hope you will all enjoy it.

Please keep in mind that it is written in a first-person, stream-of-consciousness voice. The perspective will change from me talking in first person to my own thoughts about the situation at hand and back to myself in the first-person during the course of the story.

If you do read it, please let me know what you think, as this will be the basis on if I decide to write any other stories or not. I would appreciate your thoughts. If enough people like it I may decide to write another one sometime in the future. :3

after reading it (randomly found on the front page of Inkbunny... I have a tendency to stroll through the new stories section... sorry...) I have to say it was fairly well written, and also a nice addition. It's not very often that you see first person stories submitted to sites and it had a decent amount f character development, especially for a story that wasn;t really setting up for a series of future stories.

It would be nice to see more stories in the future though if you decided to continue. Also i find your character to be fairly adorable... albeit I was a bit confused at the characters ages in the story... since you mentioned they were friends since for three years yet Zamder had been gaining nicknames since first grade... this didn't really connect the two events but it kind of makes it almost read the same... which would make it seem like they would be third or fourth graders... (possibly a bit too young for everything they seemed to be playacting/knowing about...) just something to think about.

Well, I'm glad you found something you liked from the random read. ^^ No need to be sorry, that's what it's there for, hehe. I'm really glad you liked it and I thank you very much for the compliments. :3

I'm considering writing more about them (most likely in a different story since I consider this one complete) but we'll have to see when/if I get some more time.

As far as the confusion about the age, I think I can clear that up for you. Both Skylar and Zander are 10 years old in the story. The next section that you're referring too where Zander talks about first grade is him remembering that the other kids would tease him with bad nicknames ever since he was in first grade. So it's not that there is a contradiction of ages in the story, but that Zander is telling you the origins of his nicknames at school. Remember, Skylar is home schooled and Zander goes to public school. Zander goes on to say that that's one of the things he likes about Skylar, that Skylar doesn't treat him cruel or call him mean names like the other kids at school do because of his multicolored fur pattern. Which brings us back to the next paragraph where Zander explains that in the three years he's known Skylar (they've been neighbors that live on the same block for three years) that he also likes that Skylar has never called him anything but his own name. No nicknames from Skylar.

I hope that clears up any confusion you had about the story. ^^
