Anyone take Steam items/games as form of commission? [MUST READ]

I have done maybe one Steam game for junk, but...im wondering if i can do the same?

i have access too steam workshop items like TF2 unusual hats and strange`s
too actual Game code downloads.

please let me know if someone whom is doing this is trustworthy and all that jazz.
