I've just finished working on the last chapter of my "Looking After the Boys" short series and I'm just starting to edit it. The first two chapters brought in a considerable amount of new watchers, which actually surprised me. It excited me to know that other people liked what I produced so much they felt I was worth watching, which was something I haven't felt in a long time. With the end of the series though where do I go from here? I want to keep everyone's interest and have them look forward to something new from me in their submission lists as opposed to just sporadic journals of me complaining about something. Lately I've been writing a bunch of short stories lately as opposed to longer installments. I found that shorter one-offers let me express myself better so I can continuously create new characters, situations and problems.
There have been several people that have expressed their interest in me continuing my original series involving Kellan and Dante. While I want to eventually continue that story, for the time being I want to continue on shorter stories. What I would really like is to be able to do in the future is sell commissions to those interested in getting a story from me. Now, I love to write, I really do. It's one of the few things that make me truly happy to do, and I want to keep writing. However right now I feel like I am 1. Not good enough to charge for anything I produce and 2. That I don't have enough material to actually warrant me selling anything and 3. It takes me forever to produce anything I find is of worth to share. I am actively working on on all of these points, but I would like to hear any ideas or feedback from my watchers. What about my writing style is appealing to you? Are the sex scenes more interesting than any other plot or subject matters present? Are the sex scenes what sell my stories or the over arching story? Are the characters interesting or are they just tools to carry the plot along? I really want to improve my craft and you can all help me by just telling me what you think of my work currently.
Please, any feedback is greatly appreciated! Thank you for reading!
