Crisis!!

Word is that Congress is looking to pass a new bill for copyright laws, and what this bill states is that ANYONE that streams/posts anything that has been copyrighted can be CRIMINALLY CHARGED with massive fines and in some cases being IMPRISONED.

and Paheal.net, you know rule 34? but Ill laugh my ass off if dragoneer becomes butthurt about it and starts banning rule 34 art on his site.....if he isnt already in the works with that already XD

Dude, your icon with the word 'Crisis!!' next to it just cracked me the hell up

Also - about ten years ago they tried to stop all fanporn of characters by sending out 'cease and desist' orders. The problem was so widespread, and the fact that people ignored them caused them to stop.

Well, it costs to send out cease and desists, it costs to legally go after someone (especially when there is no profit from their characters), they can't reach people in other countries...

It's the same type of scare tactic the RIAA did with the guys busting into a few peoples homes to try and stop MP3 pirating.

Keep watching what they're doing, but considering how effective this was in the past, I really wouldn't worry about it.
