All commission related inquiries and exchanges must be made over email or website message. When attempting to purchase a commission provide references for all characters involved (if any) and describe the details you want in the piece. I check my accounts and email at least twice a week so expect a response within a few days.
I will accept commissions on a general first come first serve basis. I reserve the right to accept or deny a commission based on the content. If I have an issue with the subject matter I will work with you to find a common ground we can both agree to.
I provide two slots for each type of artwork. If my slots are full and your commission has been accepted you will be put on a waiting list for that type of artwork. Once a slot is open and your commission is next in line I will contact you. If you do not respond within one week I will proceed to the next person in line and you will be moved below them in the queue. Payment is not required to be in a waiting list. Payment will be needed once work begins, more details about payment will follow.
Commissions will be done in the order they are paid for. I will only work on one piece at a time to ensure quick turnaround.
There are three stages to my work process; Sketching, Coloring and Details. Sketch Phase: Here is where I lay out the composition and check with you for approval before moving forward. I will hammer away until you are happy with it; do not be afraid to get what you paid for!
Coloring: Here is where I line the artwork, if applicable, and begin painting. This is where your imagination will come to life and the scene evolves. At this stage composition changes will not be allowed. Any changes to color palates or lighting changes, as well as any other color related changes, are perfectly acceptable.
Details: Finally we have details. This is where I add textures, highlights and deep shadows. Any special effects will really come to life in this stage of production. At this point the piece is nearly finished and no major changes will be made to the piece.
Payment must be made in full before Coloring. If the commissioner feels more comfortable paying half the cost to begin sketch work that is acceptable. Until full payment is received the commission will not proceed past sketching.
Partial refunds are offered during sketching but no refunds are allowed once coloring has begun. The commissioner has the right and is encouraged to ask for work in progress images. They will be provided via email in the form of jpg images with watermarks.
Once the commission is complete I will inform you immediately. A high resolution jpg will be provided to you with a discrete watermark. I also reserve the right to display your commission in my gallery, with proper tagging and references provided to the involved characters and commissioner.
The commissioner has the right to post their commission on any site they choose. They are required to provide accurate tagging and clearly label myself as the artist.
