I'm back home. I did have a miscarriage they told me I was about 5 weeks. My HcG level went from 121 to 28.... so.. yeah.... I'm tore up right now... and my heart hurts..... BAD....

But they told me I still need to rest, and relax, and give myself time to heal.

I hate this.... I do.... I've never been so hurt.... ever.

I am so sorry for you, and your loss. I can't imagine the grief you are feeling, it will no doubt take a long while to recover from your loss, and there will always be a part of you that remembers this pain, even after your heart isn't hurting as badly anymore. But you can get through this, your fiance is there for you, and your family, let their love ease the pain, if even just a little. I hope the best for you.
