Yes, ladies and gentlemen, I am opening my stream for comic review requests. If you ever wanted me to review a comic, now you can have your chance!!! But be warned... I am placing very strict rules on what and how I will review comics...
Comic Review Request Rules:
1. No Webcomics, no weird indie comics I'd never have heard of. I like to give little lessons about what I review, and if I know nothing about it, it's hard to do that.
2. Nothing Linkara has already reviewed. If he's already done a review of a comic, it's unlikely I'll be able to do a better job, or have any greater insight.
3. If it is not Sonic or Gold Digger, you must provide me with a link to scans of the issues. These must be full scans, not excerpts. This means the entire issue with the full story, although advertisements may be omitted. It must be in .zip, .cbr, or .rar format. They must not be online on a webpage.
4. If it is a manga, I would prefer official translations from Viz or Kodansha/Tokyopop or Del Rey to fan scanlations, because of greater accuracy and quality.
5. I reserve the right to refuse to review requests at will. Just because you send it to me does not mean I will review it.
6. Comic reviews must be of a single issue or a short storyline. FOUR ISSUES MAXIMUM. As much as I'd love to review entire year-long story-arcs like the Death of Superman, I don't have the time. If you want me to review stuff like that, please find a little chunk of it that you feel is noteworthy.
7. In sending me a comic review, you must A: Send it via PM on Inkbunny or Furaffinity; B: Include the name of the comic, the issue number, title of the story, and a short summary; and C: a reason WHY I should review it. Is it particularly good? Why? Is it exceedingly bad? Why?
8. I plan my comic reviews 10 weeks in advance usually. Do not expect me to review your comic right away. Rest assured, if I choose to do it, I WILL get to it... but you might have to wait a while.
