Before we get into anything please take a moment to read over EVERYTHING VERY CAREFULLY, because once you have paid there is no going back, because it’s just like a contract. We are bound to it. And rules are rules. If you don’t like them, Im not forcing you to commission me. So if you are sure you wanna continue, please keep reading.

Subject Matter:
First things first. What I am going to be drawing for you, the commissioner. This is the first and for most important thing there is in this situation. So be sure to check in my menu of things that I do for commissions to see what you want. There is a whole variety waiting on you to choose from. Also please be sure to check my F.A.Q. for the things I will and will not draw and if there’s something not listed and you don’t know you are free to ask about it. My Prices are also listed in my Commissions Journal as well. Im a Traditional Artist, this means I use Traditional Media not Digital. Please keep this in mind.


Payment:
Ok this is the tricky one. Right now I ONLY accept PayPal. But I don’t give out my PayPal in public only in notes or when you email me, so you won’t find it listed on this page anywhere. The only currency I accept through PayPal is USD and because the money I get from commissions goes straight to bills right after I get it refunds don’t come very easily. I can sometimes offer them, but not often, because the money is used for food, bills, the baby and other MUST have essentials. We will get to refunds momentarily.

I require your email to send you an invoice for your commission(s). Payment MUST be made upfront. No E. Checks. PERIOD. If you do not have the money then. Im sorry. Payment is expected within 24 hours. If you do not send payment within 24 hours, you will forfeit your spot to someone else.
NEVER send payment without my prior approval or I will consider it a donation. All sales are final once payment is sent.
Tips are awesome, but not required when commissioning me. But if you do tip me. Thank you beforehand you are and awesome person. I wish you well in the future.

Refunds:
This is my job. It pays my bills. It pays for my food. It helps pay for essentials we HAVE to have. I will not be able to give refunds. Im sorry. I have to be able to pay my stuff too. So you have to make absolutely sure you wanna commission me before you do. Im being as nice and as fair as I can be on this too. All sales are final once payment is sent.
Note: Just a quick note on this. If something comes up and I am for some reason not able to do your commission, if you are rude to me, if you constantly annoy me (contacting me every so often is fine, asking for WIPs of your commission is fine, but asking everyday, every hour is not) You will get either a Full or a partial refund, due to weather I have started or how much I have done on your commission at the time. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO GET REFUNDS FROM ME!


References:
You have to have a good reference of your character if you want me to draw them the way you want them to look and get it right the first time. I would rather prefer a professional reference sheet, but a few images work too. ABOSLUTELY NO screen shots from Second Life. NO EXCEPTIONS! If I am making a reference sheet for you descriptions are fine, but please be very detailed about it. I will charge a small fee for more than one big change. If its small changes that’s fine.


Process:
You must fill out the form provided for you here in these terms to be considered for a commission. I withhold the right to decline anyone as I see fit.
If I accept your commission. I will send you an invoice via email. Once you have paid, you will be added to my queue and I will begin work. I will send you an update sketch at which time you will be able to make changes, if you do not make any changes at this stage then you WILL NOT be able to make changes later on in the game. So you better do it at the sketch stage. Once you give me the go ahead after you have seen the sketch I will complete the commission from there. Please let me know if you wanna see any more updates I would be more than happy to show them too you. Estimated completion time for commissions is about 1-2 weeks, but just in case I give myself a month. Why? Because just in case something out of my control comes up and I need to be somewhere. This doesn’t mean that it will actually take that long. This is just for me. Turn around time should be NO LONGER then 1-2 weeks at most. If it is I WILL let you know.

Shipping:
I am a Traditional Artist. Since I use Traditional Media I am able to ship your art to you. Yey! Ok so. Just so we are crystal clear my prices do not include shipping, so the more you buy the better your shipping will be. I would rather ship 3 pieces of art for the price of one then 1 piece of art for the price of 3. You get it? Makes sense now, huh? So shipping isn’t included, but I don’t charge much for shipping. It will be listed with my commissions as well. You will also have to fill out a small form for shipping if you want your stuff shipped, because it just helps me keep things straight. So heres the small form.

Age Restrictions:
This is a BIG ONE. If you want to buy an 18+ commission Im fine with that, but you HAVE to be 18+ years old. YOU CANNOT under ANY circumstances be a MINOR NO EXCEPTIONS! If you order 18+ art work from me and you are a minor and I find out not only will you be reported for ordering art work under age, but also you will be put on my blacklist and NO LONGER able to get art from me even when you are 18+. If you see me at Conventions and are reading this it applies there too. Sorry I don’t sell 18+ art to minors. Its STRICTLY prohibited. I WILL CHECK I.D.s at CONS if I have too.
Also if I find out you are under the age of 18+ and have sent a friend to get you 18+ art you will be completely banned from ever getting art from me as well as your friend that tried to get you art no matter what age they are, so don’t put your friends ability to get art from me at risk just because you wanted 18+ art. I carry a list of all the banned people with me at cons. So don’t try to fool me. You cant.
If I stream 18+ art you are required to be 18+ to watch it or you will be kicked. I don’t allow minors to watch me stream 18+ art anything else I stream is fine, but 18+ isn’t.

Use of Artwork:
This is also a big one. You are under NO CIRCUMSTANCES ALLOWED to use ANY of my artwork ANYWHERE WITHOUT my express permission! PERIOD! If I find you are. Not only will you be asked kindly to take it down, but if you do not heed the warning the first time. You will then be asked again, reported and if it doesn’t get taken down the second time, you WILL BE SUED FOR COPY RITE INFRINGEMENT AND THIEFT! I do not agree that whatever is posted on the internet is considered public domain because it isn’t. You didn’t create the art therefore its not yours to take and use. Its under my copyright and mine alone.
I will post ALL art work created by me, if it’s a gift I will be happy to wait until after the person it is being gifted to has seen it, then post it just let me know ahead of time. I always post a digital file.
The ONLY person that has right to reupload anything is the ORIGINAL commissioner of the picture. If you are not them DON’T DO IT. You are ONLY aloud to reupload it to Furaffinity.net or any other art site you are on, crop it for an icon, or use as an image for a ref sheet as long as you are the one that commissioned it. YOU MUST ALWAYS CREDIT ME! NONE of the art work commissioned is to be used on social media sites such as Facebook, twitter, etc. YOU ARE NOT IN ANY WAY ALOUD TO EDIT MY ART!
No reselling my art without prior consentient. That means if you are selling your character and you have art of them done by me, just ask before you sell if it is ok, because even though you my have bought the art work you only have the rights to the character in the art not the actual art itself.
I retain the right to make prints and sell them as I see fit of any of the art I make. If you have a problem with this contact me before commissioning me.

Use of My Characters:
You are more then welcome to use my characters in your art. But some strict guidelines are to be followed.
1.Atlas is NOT to be pictured sexually under any circumstances. Shes not that type of person and I don’t want her to be. Sorry.
2.Atlas is a Rag Doll not a plushie. As to not be confused.
3.You have to give me proper credit for Atlas at all times. Because it is only fair. I would do the same for your characters.
4.Anything else is fair game, Just follow my Dos and Do Not Draws list because that applies for what I do not what her draw as well.
5.Pin Ups are perfectly fine.

Save Your Commissions:
I will be cleaning out my gallery every few months or so, so be sure to save your commissions. This is just a warning to you. This way you wont lose it, because after I post the digital file and mail it too you I don’t have it any more other then in my portfolio. Yes I save at least one of everything I do in my portfolio. Always good to keep it with old and new to see how far you’ve come^^

Mailing Policy:
Ok heres the deal on this. I am a Traditional Artist. So I can ship your stuff to you. You have a form to fill out above. It will be different when we are at cons. So don’t worry on that. Badges are normally laminated and are thick enough that they don’t have to be stacked between anything to ship, but sketches, etc. aren’t so it makes them a bit heavier. There will be a small fee to ship, since its not included in my prices, however if you are in the Oklahoma area then shipping wont cost you anything because we can just meet up somewhere and I can give you your stuff. That’s not a problem. If we are at conventions and I end up having to ship your stuff you will have to pay a small fee over PayPal for me to ship it to you.

Please Please Please keep in mind that once your stuff leaves my hands and gets in the hands of the post office there will be nothing I can do if it is lost, that is why I post a digital file online so you will at least have it. If your stuff does get lost in the mail it is not my fault. There is a digital file in my gallery to back it up for that purpose, so just because you didn’t get the original, you did get a digital file so you did receive something.
