I honestly got no idea how any of the developers missed this. I mean it's not like it's a hard thing to spot. It seems as soon as you plug a controller the game suddenly decides to turn your character intro Top Man. For those that don't get it the camera starts spinning into circles. Simple fix unplug controller. But I shouldn't be doing that in first place. Also I see some people having problems with crashes and saves. Just started playing so can't really say anything about those.
